About item disapprovals for policy violations

Our goal is to provide the all-time user experience on Google. To ensure that the ads we bear witness to online shoppers are safe, secure, and comply with legal requirements, we maintain comprehensive enforcement of the Shopping ads policies for all merchants. To find disapproved items, follow these steps:

  1. In your Merchant Center business relationship, go to Products.
  2. Then, click Diagnostics.
  3. Get to the Item issues tab.
  4. Find the "Violation of Shopping ads policy" row in the list of issues.
  5. Click View examples in the "Afflicted items" cavalcade to see a sample list.
  6. To download a complete listing (.csv) of all afflicted items, click the Download push Download at the end of the row.

Note: Products submitted in feeds that have multiple countries may receive different disapprovals or warnings beyond multiple countries due to policy differences. Consider adjusting the selection of countries for your feed, or using the excluded countries for Shopping ads [shopping_ads_excluded_country] attribute to exclude countries for individual products.
